A quiet steel blue the whole way through, with small ivory and pale-gold flowers scattered over the kurta and gathered into a proper wide band across the hem. Every edge — hem, cuffs, ankles, both sides of the dupatta — is finished with a tiny scalloped lace, so it catches the light without shouting.
