From Indian ateliers, one suitcase at a time.
Jans Poshak is a small family-run venture. We started with a simple observation: the pieces we loved most never came from a warehouse — they came back in suitcases, chosen one at a time from makers in India whose embroidery you could feel with your fingertips.
So that became the business. We source directly from Indian ateliers in small batches — silks, muslins, georgettes and crepes with real handwork — and bring them to the US. No endless racks, no lookalikes. A short list of pieces we would wear ourselves, offered while they last.
We are just getting started, and the collection will grow. Every piece here is in our hands, priced, and ready to ship — add what you love to your bag and it goes out within two business days.
